Commission Statement. Citizens shall issue commission statements to the Agency that detail policies issued or renewed, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, commissions earned, and the amount due to the Agency (or amounts due to Citizens or otherwise withheld by Citizens).

Commission Statement. Following the end of each month, the Company shall, by the 15th day of the next month, send to the Managing General Agent a statement of accounts setting forth, among other things, the premium written, commissions, and the net amount due to the Managing General Agent by the Company, together with payment of that amount. If such statement reflects an amount due to the Company from the Managing General Agent, the Managing General Agent will pay that amount within 30 days of the date of said statement.
Commission Statement. 1. CPR will furnish the IAR a commission statement. The commission statement will show commission charge backs, charges, and assessments due from the IAR to CPR and the compensation payable by CPR to the IAR from the sale of approved products. If the IAR disagrees with the commission statement, the IAR agrees to notify CPR within thirty (30) days of CPR’s posting of the commission statement. The IAR agrees to work together with CPR to resolve the disagreement in a fair manner. If there is not notice of disagreement, the statement shall be presumed to be correct.
Commission Statement. 25.1 The licensee shall be sent a monthly commission report with the status of all the licensee’s clients that are:
25.1.1 Live with Diverse Utility Solutions Limited and monthly ongoing commissions are being paid.
25.1.2 Quoted for and are pending due to, awaiting a signed contract, waiting to go live, awaiting transfer of service, or objected by supplier.
25.2 All commission statements are sent via email though should the licensee require their commission statement sent via first class mail instead there will be a monthly charge of £2.00 to cover postage and administrative charges.
25.3 This information is highly confidential information and should not be shared with any third parties. Diverse Utility Solutions Limited take no responsibility for the safety of this information once it has been transferred to the licensee. Should the licensee not feel able to keep their commission statement safe, they should let the licensor know immediately.
