COMMISSIONING AT ANCHORAGE. Following the signing of the Certificate of Vessel Leaving The Yard and payment in accordance with Article 20.1, the Owner shall, at its own risk and cost, cause the Vessel to be moved within 7 Days from the Yard to an anchorage in Singapore.
