The parties to this agreement recognise that for the agreement to be successful, the initiatives contained within this agreement need to be implemented through an open and consultative process. The parties to this agreement are committed to involving employees and their union representatives in the decision-making processes affecting the workforce. Employees will be encouraged to participate in the consultation processes by allowing adequate time to understand, analyse, seek appropriate advice from their union and respond to such information.
