Commitment to Quality Assurance Sample Clauses

The Commitment to Quality Assurance clause establishes the obligation of a party, typically a service provider or manufacturer, to maintain specified standards of quality in their products or services. This clause often requires adherence to industry benchmarks, regular inspections, or compliance with recognized certifications, and may outline procedures for addressing defects or non-conformities. Its core function is to ensure that deliverables consistently meet agreed-upon quality expectations, thereby reducing the risk of substandard performance and fostering trust between the contracting parties.
