Common use of Committee Formation Clause in Contracts

Committee Formation. The Parties shall form the Joint Development Committee promptly after the Effective Date of this Agreement. Such Joint Development Committee shall be composed of an equal number of representatives from each Party (but in any event no less than two (2) representatives from each Party). Each Party’s initial Joint Development Committee representatives are as written in Exhibit G. Each Party may change its representatives by written notice to the other Party. An alternate member designated by a Party may serve temporarily in the absence of a permanent member of the Joint Development Committee for such Party.
