Committee Members; Chairperson. Members of committees shall be appointed annually by the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, subject to ratification by the Board of Trustees at the first Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees held after the appointment. Vacancies in the membership of any committee shall be filled by appointment by the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees after consulting with the Chairperson, if any, of such committee. Unless otherwise provided in these Bylaws, the membership of committees shall not be restricted to trustees but shall be drawn from the administration, faculty, parent body and community at large, as appropriate, with a minimum of three trustees for each committee. Except as otherwise provided in these Bylaws or by the Board of Trustees, the Chairperson of each committee shall be chosen by the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees from among the trustee members of the committee.
