Committee Membership. The Committee shall be comprised of two (2) representatives from each bargaining unit (including representation from their respective union staff), two representatives from the ranks of the non-represented employees and up to eight (8) representatives from management provided that bargaining unit representation shall always make-up no less than two-thirds (2/3) of the total membership.
