Committee Membership. A.5.1 Local representatives on committees specifically established by this Collective Agreement shall be appointed by the local. A.5.2 In addition, if the employer wishes to establish a committee which includes bargaining unit members, it shall notify the local about the mandate of the committee, and the local shall appoint the representatives.
