COMMITTEE ON ASSIGNMENT. The District and the Association agree to create two Committees on Assignment (COA), one for K-5 and one for 6-12, composed of three unit members at the appropriate level. The ACT Executive Committee shall select the teachers. The Superintendent or designee, and one person selected by the superintendent shall also serve.
