Common use of Committee on Investment Clause in Contracts

Committee on Investment. 1. The Parties hereby establish a Committee on Investment that shall meet on the request of either Party or the FTA Joint Commission to consider any matter arising under this Chapter. 2. The Committee's functions shall include: (a) reviewing the implementation of this Chapter; (b) identification and recommendation of measures to promote and increase investment flows between the Parties; and (c) consideration of the development of procedures that could contribute to greater transparency of measures described in Article 141.
