Common use of Committee on procurement Clause in Contracts

Committee on procurement. 1. The Parties hereby establish a Committee on Procurement comprising representatives of each Party. 2. The Committee shall: (a) evaluate the implementation of this Chapter and recommend to the Parties the appropriate activities; (b) evaluate and follow up the activities related to cooperation; and (c) consider further negotiations aimed at broadening the coverage of this Chapter.
