Committee on Professional Development. A Committee on Professional Development consisting of five (5) elected Association members and two (2) administrators shall be formed to administer this fund. The Committee on Professional Development will develop its own terms of reference, subject to approval by the Association. This Committee will publish a list of supported activities and related disbursements three (3) times per year.
