Common use of Committee on Trade in Services Clause in Contracts

Committee on Trade in Services. 1. The Parties hereby establish a Committee on Trade in Services under the Commission, comprising representatives of each Party. 2. The Committee shall meet on the request of either Party or the Commission to consider any matter arising under this Supplementary Agreement. 3. The Committee’s functions shall include: (a) promoting trade in services between the Parties; and (b) addressing barriers to trade in services between the Parties, and, if appropriate, referring such matters to the Commission for its consideration.

The Committee’s functions shall include: (a) promoting trade in services between the Parties; and (b) addressing barriers to trade in services between the Parties, and, if appropriate, referring such matters to the Commission for its consideration.

The Committee’s functions shall includebe: (a) promoting trade in services between reviewing the Partiesimplementation and operation of this Chapter; (b) exchanging information on domestic laws and regulations; (c) discussing any issues related to this Chapter as may be agreed upon; (d) reporting the findings of the Committee to the Commission; and (be) addressing barriers to trade in services between the Parties, and, if appropriate, referring such matters to carrying out other functions which may be delegated by the Commission for its considerationpursuant to Article 13.1.4 (Free Trade Commission).

The Committee shall meet within one year after the Parties, and, if appropriate, referring such matters to date this Agreement enters into force and annually thereafter unless the Parties otherwise agree. The Committee shall inform the Joint Commission for its considerationof the results of each meeting.

The Committee’s 's functions shall include: (a) promoting reviewing the implementation and operation of this Chapter, (b) exchanging information and recommendation of measures to promote increased trade in services between the Parties; and (bc) addressing barriers considering and discussing any issues related to trade in services between the Parties, and, if appropriate, referring such matters to the Commission for its considerationthis Chapter.
