Common use of Committee Vacancies Clause in Contracts

Committee Vacancies. If there is a vacancy on the TPC, and no alternate has been elected by the Faculty, an eligible Member will be jointly appointed by the Xxxxxxx and the President of the Association from other faculty alternates. If no alternates are available to serve, an eligible member will be jointly appointed by the Xxxxxxx and the President of the Association. The appointments must follow, whenever possible, the distribution requirements of the Committee.

Committee Vacancies. If there is a vacancy on the TPCTPU or a TPF, and no alternate has been elected by the faculty group/Faculty, an eligible Member will be jointly appointed by the Xxxxxxx and the President of the Association from one of the other faculty groups’/Faculty’s alternates. If no alternates are available to serve, an eligible member will be jointly appointed by the Xxxxxxx and the President of the Association. The appointments must follow, whenever possible, the distribution requirements of the Committee.
