Committees formed or continued as a result of this Agree- ment shall function in a democratic fashion with chairpersons elected by the committee members.

Determination of Service for Sick Leave with Pay Actual time worked and all leave with pay, except for educational leave, shall be included in determining the pro rata accrual of sick leave credits each month, provided that the employee works thirty-two (32) hours or more in that month.
Consultant Compensation F.1 The Consultant’s firm will be compensated for professional services as indicated in the Notice of Project Award in accordance with the fee proposal submitted by the Consultant and negotiated and/or accepted by the Owner. Agreement with Respect to Continuation of Group Health Plan Coverage for Former Employees of the Failed Bank (a) The Assuming Institution agrees to assist the Receiver, as provided in this Section 4.12, in offering individuals who were employees or former employees of the Failed Bank, or any of its Subsidiaries, and who, immediately prior to Bank Closing, were receiving, or were eligible to receive, health insurance coverage or health insurance continuation coverage from the Failed Bank ("Eligible Individuals"), the opportunity to obtain health insurance coverage in the Corporation's FIA Continuation Coverage Plan which provides for health insurance continuation coverage to such Eligible Individuals who are qualified beneficiaries of the Failed Bank as defined in Section 607 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (respectively, "qualified beneficiaries" and "ERISA"). The Assuming Institution shall consult with the Receiver and not later than five (5) Business Days after Bank Closing shall provide written notice to the Receiver of the number (if available), identity (if available) and addresses (if available) of the Eligible Individuals who are qualified beneficiaries of the Failed Bank and for whom a "qualifying event" (as defined in Section 603 of ERISA) has occurred and with respect to whom the Failed Bank's obligations under Part 6 of Subtitle B of Title I of ERISA have not been satisfied in full, and such other information as the Receiver may reasonably require. The Receiver shall cooperate with the Assuming Institution in order to permit it to prepare such notice and shall provide to the Assuming Institution such data in its possession as may be reasonably required for purposes of preparing such notice.
Suspension or Termination of Services You agree that Firstrade Securities Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of Firstrade Securities Inc.'s Electronic Services for any reason and without prior notice to you. You agree not to hold Firstrade Securities Inc. responsible or liable for any disruptions in service due to: telephone network, computer network or other system problems beyond the control of Firstrade Securities Inc.: system maintenance or system upgrades; or any other event or circumstance beyond the control of Firstrade Securities Inc.
TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF SERVICES Return of Data The Contractor shall return Data in a format agreed upon within the Authorized User Agreement or as agreed to with the Authorized User. This can, if specified within the Authorized User Agreement, be carried out by providing an application programmable interface or other such efficient electronic tools. The Contractor must certify that all Data has been removed from its system and removed from backups within timeframes established in the Authorized User Agreement or as agreed to with the Authorized User. Suspension of Services During any period of suspension of service, the Authorized User shall have full access to all Data at no charge. This can, if specified within the Authorized User Agreement, be carried out by providing an application programmable interface or other such efficient electronic tools. The Contractor shall not take any action to erase and/or withhold any Authorized User Data, except as directed by the Authorized User. Expiration or Termination of Services Upon expiration or termination of an Authorized User Agreement, the Authorized User shall have full access to all Data for a period of 60 calendar days. Unless noted in the original Authorized User Agreement, this period will be covered at no charge. This can, if specified within the Authorized User Agreement, be carried out by providing application programmable interface or other such efficient electronic tools. During this period, the Contractor shall not take any action to erase and/or withhold any Data, except as directed by the Authorized User. Continuation of Services The Contractor shall work with the current Subcontractor prior to cancellation date to ensure all consumer needs are identified and appropriate placements and transportation needs, as applicable, have been arranged. The Subcontractor shall maintain communication with the Contractor on the process of transferring consumers until all consumers are placed.
NO EXPECTATION OF CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT BEYOND TERM OF CONTRACT Neither this contract nor any Board Policy, rule or evaluation procedure shall confer upon the Employee continued employment beyond the term provided in this contract.
District’s Evaluation of Consultant and Consultant’s Employees and/or Subcontractors The District may evaluate the Consultant in any way the District is entitled pursuant to applicable law. The District’s evaluation may include, without limitation:

We may immediately suspend your use of our services if you breach this or any other agreement with us or we have reason to believe there has been or may be an unauthorized use of your account.
