COMMITTEES OF THE FOUNDATION. A. Signature Program Application Review Committee – The Signature Program Application Review Committee shall be responsible for assessing requests from IEEE organizational units to have one of its programs designated an IEEE Foundation Signature Program and recommending to the Foundation Board of Director whether or not the program should be adopted as a Signature Program. B. Signature Program Evaluation Committee – The Signature Program Evaluation Committee shall be responsible for reviewing reports submitted by the Signature Programs, evaluating the progress and success of the Signature Programs, and making recommendations concerning the Signature Programs to the Foundation Board.
