BOARDS 2.12.1 The provisions of 2.12.2 apply to the: Enrollment Commission; Yukon Land Use Planning Council; Regional Land Use Planning Commissions; Yukon Development Assessment Board; Yukon Heritage Resources Board; Yukon Geographical Place Names Board; Yukon Water Board; Fish and Wildlife Management Board, including the Salmon Sub-Committee; Renewable Resources Councils; Dispute Resolution Board; Surface Rights Board; Kluane National Park Management Board; and any other entity agreed to in a Yukon First Nation Final Agreement.
Determinations and Actions by the Board of Directors All actions, calculations and determinations (including all omissions with respect to the foregoing) which are done or made by the Board of Directors in good faith pursuant to this Agreement, shall not subject the Board of Directors to any liability to the holders of the Rights.
Leave, Board of Directors A nurse who is elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Nurses' Association, other than to the office of President, shall be granted upon request such leave(s) of absence as she or he may require to fulfill the duties of the position. Reasonable notice - sufficient to adequately allow the Hospital to minimize disruption of its services shall be given to the Hospital for such leave of absence. Notwithstanding Article 10.04, there shall be no loss of seniority or service for a nurse during such leave of absence. Leave of absence under this provision shall be in addition to the Union leave provided in Article 11.02

The manufacturing of raw crystal sugar is required for any sugar manufacturer with sugarcane input capacity exceeding 8000 tons per day (ISIC 1542) Processing of plantation product industry (similar capacity or exceeding a certain capacity, according to Regulation of Minister of Agriculture Number 26 of 2007 with maximum foreign capital ownership of 95% with a special permit from Minister of Agriculture. - Fiber and Seed Cotton Industry (ISIC1514, 1711) - Crude oil industry (edible oil) from vegetable and animal, coconut oil industry, palm oil industry, rubber to be sheet, thick latex, crumb rubber industry, raw castor oil industry, sugar, sugar cane and sugar cane residue industry, black tea/green tea industry, dry tobacco leaves industry, Copra, Fiber, Coconut Charcoal, Dust, Nata de coco industry, Coffee sorting, cleaning and peeling industry, Cocoa cleaning, peeling and drying industry, cleaning and peeling seed other than coffee and cacao industry, cashew to be dry seed cashew and Cashew Nut Shell Liquid (CNSL) Industry, Peppercorn to be dry white pepper and dry black pepper industry (ISIC 1514, 2429, 1542, 1549, 1600, 2519, 1531)

TEXAS MOTOR VEHICLE BOARD LICENSING All that deal in motor vehicles shall maintain current licenses that are required by the Texas Motor Vehicle Commission Code. If at any time during this Agreement term, any required Contractor license is denied, revoked, or not renewed, Contractor shall be in default of this Agreement, unless the Texas Motor Vehicle Board issues a stay or waiver. Contractor shall promptly provide copies of all current applicable Texas Motor Vehicle Board documentation to H-GAC upon request.
Liability for all card transactions Subject to clause 9.3, you are liable for all card transactions effected by the use of the card at an ATM whether with or without your knowledge or authority, save in the case of our or our employees’ fraud, gross negligence or wilful default.
ADJOURNMENT FOR WANT OF QUORUM If within 15 minutes after the time fixed for any Meeting a quorum is not present, then:
Reporting of Abuse, Neglect, or Exploitation Consistent with provisions of 33 V.S.A. §4913(a) and §6903, any agent or employee of a Contractor who, in the performance of services connected with this agreement, has contact with clients or is a caregiver and who has reasonable cause to believe that a child or vulnerable adult has been abused or neglected as defined in Chapter 49 or abused, neglected, or exploited as defined in Chapter 69 of Title 33 V.S.A. shall make a report involving children to the Commissioner of the Department for Children and Families within 24 hours or a report involving vulnerable adults to the Division of Licensing and Protection at the Department of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living within 48 hours. This requirement applies except in those instances where particular roles and functions are exempt from reporting under state and federal law. Reports involving children shall contain the information required by 33 V.S.A. §4914. Reports involving vulnerable adults shall contain the information required by 33 V.S.A. §6904. The Contractor will ensure that its agents or employees receive training on the reporting of abuse or neglect to children and abuse, neglect or exploitation of vulnerable adults.
