Common Areas Defined. In this Lease, “common areas” means all areas, facilities and improvements provided, from time to time, in the Building for the mutual convenience and use of tenants or other occupants of the Building, their respective agents, employees, and invitees and shall include, if provided, but shall not be limited to, the lobbies and hallways, the public restrooms, the parking areas and facilities, access roads, driveways, retaining walls, sidewalks, walkways, landscaped areas, and exterior lighting facilities.
