Common Portions Subject to Change. In addition to the provisions of Clause 6.1.1 (d) above, the mutual agreement by and between the Parties that although the Common Portions are described in the 3rd Schedule below, the said descriptions are only indicative and are not intended to bind the Developer in any manner. The Developer shall, in the absolute discretion of the Developer, be entitled to modify or improvise upon the Common Portions and the Buyer hereby accepts the same and shall not raise any objection in this regard and/or have any claim, financial or otherwise, against the Developer for such modification or improvisation.

The Common Portions shall always be and remain subject to change and modification, as be deemed fit and necessary by the Developer, to accommodate its future plans regarding the Said Property, the Other Clusters and the Other Siddha Projects and the Buyer hereby accepts the same and the Buyer shall not, under any circumstances, raise any objection or hindrance thereto.

The Purchasers hereby expressly consent that the Common Portions are described in the Part – I of 3rd Schedule below, could be altered/modified/rearranged for better planning of the Project at the sole discretion of the Developer including but not limited to rearrangement of the Car Parking and the Purchasers shall not have any claim, financial or otherwise, against the Developer for such modification or improvisation.
