Common Property. 25.1 It is hereby specifically agreed between the parties that the SELLER shall be entitled at any time prior to the opening of the sectional title register and the establishment of a Body Corporate or thereafter, to apply for the subdivision of the land on which the Sectional Development Scheme is to be developed in terms hereof or once the sectional title register has been opened for the subdivision of the common property and thereafter to apply for the issue to him of a certificate of registered sectional title in respect of the subdivided portion in the prescribed form and for the re-entering of such portion in the lands register.
