The Company’s finance lease solutions primarily take the form of direct lease and sale-and-leaseback. The Company also delivers a variety of advisory services, including policy advisory and management and business consulting, to help its customers achieve rapid growth. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Noteholders or Couponholders and any of the Paying Agents (other than the Agent) shall be sent to the Agent by the other relevant Paying Agent.
