Communicate Need for Change. A request for a change should be communicated to the other party in order that deliberations can begin. Requests will be actively considered by the other party within a reasonable period of time. The process will be joint (Society and Management) and will use a collaborative approach in which the needs and interests of the parties are discussed in an open and honest manner and decisions are made by consensus.
