Communicating with You. 3.1 We may communicate with you by telephone, letter, email, text message or by posting a message on the Trading Platform. We will use the contact details you gave us when you opened your Account or such other contact details as you may subsequently notify to us. 3.2 We will send all notices and statements relating to your Account to you by email and/or by posting them on the Trading Platform, unless you request otherwise and we agree to such request. 3.3 You agree that all Transactions will be entered into electronically and that such Transactions will be binding on you in accordance with this Agreement. 3.4 The Agreement and any other documents we provide to you, and all information, statements and notifications will be in English and we will communicate with you in English.
