Common use of Communication and Collaboration Clause in Contracts

Communication and Collaboration. The parties acknowledge the value of communication and collaboration. The Exec Plus Exec Committee meetings shall be established to continue this open line of communication and collaboration. There shall be a minimum of two (2) meetings a year of the Exec Plus Exec Committee and shall be scheduled as mutually agreed upon. The committee shall be comprised of the executive members of the ATA Local No.16 and the executive administration of the Foothills School Division. LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #12
