COMMUNICATION FACILITATION REQUIREMENTS. 4.1. Communication utilizing the NMPSFA Internet/Web based Construction Information Management System (CIMS) is a requirement of Basic Services. The PAC firm shall, if needed and within seven (7) days following execution of a Purchase Order to provide PAC services for a project, schedule NMPSFA training of project personnel on the use of NMPSFA-CIMS.
