Interaction with Other Leaves Paid parental leave will run concurrently with any unpaid leave(s) that parents may be entitled to under other provisions of this Agreement or provided by law. Employees shall not receive other types of paid leave provided by this Agreement (e.g., sick, vacation, compensatory time) for hours for which they are receiving PPL.

Sharing Information with Billers You authorize us to share identifying personal information about you (such as name, address, telephone number, Xxxxxx account number) with companies that you have identified as your Billers and which we have identified as offering electronic bills for purposes of matching your identity on the Service’s records and the Xxxxxx’x records to (a) activate your affirmative request for electronic bills, and/or (b) confirm your eligibility for “trial basis” electronic bills.
Information Given to Third Parties We may disclose information to third parties about you, your account, and the transactions on your account: (i) where it is necessary or helpful for completing transactions; (ii) in order to verify the existence and condition of the account for a third party (e.g., a merchant); (iii) in order to comply with government agency or court orders; (iv) if you give us your consent; (v) to service providers who administer the account or perform data processing, records management, collections, and other similar services for us, in order that they may perform those services; (vi) in order to identify, prevent, investigate or report possible suspicious or illegal activity; (vii) in order to issue authorizations for transactions on the account; (viii) to disclose the existence, history, and condition of your account to consumer reporting agencies; and (ix) as permitted by law. Communication to us (a) Unless otherwise provided in this agreement, all communication, requests and instructions from you may be personally delivered to us in writing; or sent by registered post, electronic mail or SMS to us in accordance with our prescribed verification procedure prevailing at the time.
COOPERATION WITH THIRD PARTIES The Contractor shall be responsible for fully cooperating with any third party, including but not limited to other Contractors or Subcontractors of the Authorized User, as necessary to ensure delivery or performance of Product.
