Communication with the Board. A. The Association shall be supplied with an agenda of each Board meeting and the attachments, at the same time and by the same means as the agenda is supplied to board members. B. A representative for the Association shall be permitted to address the Board at reasonable length on any agenda issue, subject to being recognized to do so by the Board President.
