Communication with us. 4.1. You may communicate with us in writing (by email), live chat or via phone. The language of communication shall be in English and you will receive documents and other information from us in English. However, where appropriate and for your convenience, we will endeavor to communicate with you in your language. The Company is free to use any idea, concept, know-how or technique or information contained in your communications for any purpose including, but not limited to, developing and marketing products. 4.3. The Company records telephone conversations to ensure that the services provided are being delivered in accordance to quality assurance guidelines and the Company’s standards. Such records will be the Company’s property.
