Communications and Notices of Activities. The Federation shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of concern on a designated bulletin board at each of the schools; a copy of all materials to be filed with the principal within a reasonable period of posting. The Federation may use staff mailboxes for general communications with members of the bargaining unit; a copy of all materials to be filed with the principal within a reasonable period of distribution. A Federation representative shall be allowed to make brief announcements at unit member staff meetings. 3.2.1 The District will provide the Federation with the work e-mail addresses of all unit members. This list will be updated on a quarterly basis.
