Common use of Communications Between Parties Clause in Contracts

Communications Between Parties. Owner shall rely on Property Manager to direct and control all operations at the Property; provided, however, Owner reserves the right to communicate directly with the manager specified in Subsection 4.01(b)(i), Property Manager's bookkeeper(s) working on Property matters, all tenants and tenants' representatives, all lease prospects, all advertising, management, cleaning and servicing firms doing work for the Property, and all parties contracting with Owner or Property Manager with respect to the Property.

Owner shall rely relies on Property Manager to direct and control all operations at the Property; provided, however, Owner reserves the right to communicate directly with the manager specified in Subsection 4.01(b)(i)on-site building manager, Property Manager's bookkeeper(s) ’s accountant or accountants working on Property matters and other employees with respect to financial matters, all tenants and tenants' ’ representatives, all lease prospects, all advertising, management, cleaning and servicing firms doing work for the Property, and all parties contracting with Owner or Property Manager with respect to the Property.

Owner shall rely on Property Manager to direct and control all operations at the Property; provided, however, Owner reserves the right to communicate directly with the manager specified in Subsection 4.01(b)(i4.0l(b)(i), Property Manager's bookkeeper(s’s accountant(s) working on Property matters, all tenants and tenants' ’ representatives, all lease prospects, all advertising, management, cleaning and servicing firms doing work for the Property, and all parties contracting with Owner or Property Manager with respect to the Property.

Owner shall rely relies on Property Manager to direct and control all operations at the PropertyBuilding; provided, however, that Owner reserves and State Contract Manager reserve the right to communicate directly with the manager specified in Subsection 4.01(b)(i)Property Manager, Property Manager's bookkeeper(s) ’s accountants working on Property matters, all tenants and tenants' representatives, all lease prospects, all advertising, management, cleaning and servicing firms doing work for matters related to the PropertyBuilding, and all parties contracting with Owner or Property Manager with respect to the PropertyBuilding.

Communications Between Parties. Except for direction by Manager, Owner shall rely relies on Property Manager to direct and control all operations at the Property; provided, however, that Owner reserves the absolute right at all times to communicate directly with the manager specified in Subsection 4.01(b)(i), Property Manager's bookkeeper(s) ’s accounting assistant working on Property matters, all tenants tenants, tenants’ representatives and prospective tenants' representatives, all lease prospects, all advertising, management, cleaning and servicing firms doing Property-related work for the Property, and all parties contracting with Owner Owner, Manager, or Property Manager with respect to the Property.
