COMMUNICATIONS TO SCHOOL. Consultant will work and coordinate with a designated administrator as a point of contact for each school site for purposes of referral processes, location of counseling services, office space, and data collection and sharing. Consultant will provide School with documentation and processes that ensure parent/guardian permissions and attention to student privacy as may be required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), as appropriate.
