Designated Administrator definition

Designated Administrator means Principal or person designated by the Principal to coordinate these activities.
Designated Administrator means, with respect to all obligations issued prior to September 1, 1999, and to all nonfederal education loans, the nonprofit corporation designated on November 10, 1992, under division (D) of section 3351.07 of the Revised Code to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes by expanding access to higher education financing programs for students and families in need of student financial aid. For all other purposes, "designated administrator" means the Ohio corporation that is a subsidiary of the nonprofit corporation designated under division (D) of section 3351.07 of the Revised Code and that has agreed to enter into an administration agreement with the issuing authority and the director of development, or any other person that enters into an administration agreement with the issuing authority and the director of development.
Designated Administrator means the stock brokerage, transfer agent or other financial services firm designated by the Company to hold Shares for participants and to directly or indirectly handle sales of Shares for participants.
