Community Access. The school yard area shall be available to TDSB for use during school op- erating hours, as amended from time to time, and the City with have access for use by the general public during non- school hours. The negotiated terms and conditions of the agreement are considered fair and reasonable and will provide overall benefit to students and the local community. Overall, the project represents a good working framework between two public agencies and demonstrates how different school and commu- nity needs can be maximized through the effective utilization of public assets. Community Access. In consideration of the P.E.G. funding provided by the Towns of Concord and Carlisle in 2015 to the District in order to create the studio space inside CCHS, and the continued P.E.G. funding arrangements between the Towns of Concord and Carlisle, the District shall permit the Town access to the studio space as needed, or required, for P.E.G. Access programming, administration and events. The Towns will share the studio space and equipment pursuant to a mutually agreed upon MOA signed by the Chief Executive Offices of Concord and Carlisle, attached as Exhibit B hereto. All employees, volunteers, citizens and/or vendors are required to adhere to school policies and state laws regarding the use of school property including, but not limited to: the prohibition of alcohol, tobacco, firearms and illegal drugs. Employees of the studio will be required to comply with all school personnel requirements including XXXX, SORI and fingerprint checks. Expectations for employee conduct and student safety are outlined within the CPS and CCHS ‘Employee Handbook’ attached as Exhibit C hereto.
Community Access. Non-resident Lessees will be given a parking sticker to gain access to the Pot-Nets Communities which must be displayed on the back of the rear view mirror. Lessees may drive into the community to and from their boat slip or boat ramp only by the most direct route. Please park your vehicle in line with your boat slip. Any person operating a motor vehicle within the community are subject to Delaware traffic laws and shall have a State driver’s license. Any vehicle which is not properly licensed or in the condition required under the laws of the Division of Motor Vehicles of the State of Delaware, cannot be operated within the community. Vehicles with inadequate or malfunctioning muffler systems will not be permitted to enter the community. Lessees may park their vehicle at their designated boat slip, parking in any other area of the community with the exception of the Paradise Grill (located in Pot-Nets Bayside) is strictly prohibited.
Community Access. 4.1 The Contractor will deliver a programme of Community Access and Education which shall be agreed each year with the Authority. The programme will form part of the Contractor’s annual Business Plan and will be deliverable within the financial terms of this Contract. The programme will be generally in accordance with the principles described in Method Statement 8 of the Contractor’s Tender Document.
Community Access. Upon Final Acceptance, District shall not impair the community’s sufficient access to new Xxxxxx Park.
