Common use of Community Alliance Clause in Contracts

In order to further improve the delivery of educational programs and other services to students known to the department, each party agrees to participate in the community alliance, currently operating in Broward County as The Children & Families Leadership Association, or the agreed upon designated entity as the same may exist from time to time.
