COMMUNITY-AT-LARGE DIRECTORS. The Board of Directors shall nominate and select community members to serve on the Board of Directors. Nominations and approval of nominations take place in February. Nominee names will appear on the annual election ballot in April. If only one nominee is nominated by the Board, the annual election ballot must include an abstention box next to the nominee’s name to ensure voters know they can choose not to vote for the nominee.

Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).
