  • Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Service Providers As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Fund and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Service Providers with which AFS contracts.   • Data Necessary to Perform Services The Trust or its agent shall furnish to USBFS the data necessary to perform the services described herein at such times and in such form as mutually agreed upon.

  • Special Reports and Services (i) Ultimus may provide additional special reports upon the request of the Trust or a Portfolio's investment adviser, which may result in an additional charge, the amount of which shall be agreed upon between the parties.
