Community Benefit Rate Payments. 1. Permittee shall provide funding as described below for the general governmental purposes of the County, including the enforcement of illegal commercial cannabis activities, and not for the purposes of regulation or of raising revenues for regulatory purposes. All of the proceeds received from Permittee shall be placed in the County’s general fund and used for the usual current expenses of the County.
