Common use of Community Impact Fee Clause in Contracts

Community Impact Fee. The Company anticipates that the Town will incur additional expenses and impacts on the Town’s road and other infrastructure systems, law enforcement, fire protection services, inspectional services, and permitting and consulting services, as well as unforeseen impacts on the Town. Accordingly, in order to mitigate the financial impact on the Town and use of Town resources, the Company agrees to pay an Annual Community Impact Fee to the Town, in the amount and under the terms provided herein.

Community Impact Fee. The Company anticipates that the Town will incur additional expenses and impacts on the Town’s road and other infrastructure systems, law enforcement, fire protection services, inspectional services, and permitting and consulting services, as well as unforeseen impacts on the Town. Accordingly, in order to mitigate the financial impact on the Town and use of Town resources, the Company agrees to pay an Annual Community Impact Fee annual community impact fee to the Town, in the amount and under the terms provided hereinherein (the “Annual Community Impact Fee”).

Accordingly, in order to mitigate the financial impact on the Town and use of Town resources, both quantifiable and unquantifiable, the Company agrees to pay an Annual Community Impact Fee to the Town, in the amount and under the terms provided herein.

The Company anticipates that Parties anticipate that, as a result of the Company’s operation at the Premises, the Town will incur additional expenses and impacts on the Town’s upon its road and other infrastructure systemssystem, law enforcement, fire protection services, inspectional services, and permitting and consulting services, as well as administrative services and public health services, in addition to potential additional unforeseen impacts on upon the Town, both quantifiable and unquantifiable. Accordingly, in order to mitigate the direct and indirect financial impact on upon the Town and use of Town the Town’s resources, the Company agrees to annually pay an Annual Community Impact Fee a community impact fee to the Town, in the amount amounts and under the terms provided hereinherein (the “Community Impact Fee”).

Accordingly, in order to mitigate the financial impact on the Town and use of Town resources, the Company agrees to pay an Annual annual Community Impact Fee to the Town, the payment of which shall be subject to MGL Ch. 40, s.57, as accepted, in the amount and under the terms provided herein.
