Community Long Term Services and Supports. All Members living within a STAR+PLUS MCO's Service Area must have access to Medically Necessary and Functionally Necessary Covered Services. Ambulance providers: The MCO must enter into a Network Provider Agreement with any willing ambulance provider that meets the MCO's credentialing requirements and agrees to the MCO's contract rates and terms.
