Community Mental Health Program. The regional health authorities’ Community Mental Health Programs provide services to adults who experience acute mental illness, adults with severe and persistent mental illness, and older adults with mental health problems. Employment-related services are delivered by four types of workers within the respective Community Mental Health Programs: • Generic Community Mental Health Workers; • Intensive Case Managers; • Employment Development Counsellors; and • Proctors.
