Common use of COMMUNITY TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE Clause in Contracts

COMMUNITY TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. The Contractor is authorized to conduct a Community Technical Assistance program to provide access by regional businesses, regional municipalities, institutions, and communities to Laboratory resources provided that such assistance (1) does not duplicate services provided by other entities, or (2) compete with the private sector. The costs of such program is allowable.
