Roadside Assistance. If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.

Roadside Assistance. The Owner acknowledges that during this Agreement, Xxxxxx may at its discretion appoint a contractor or agent to provide Roadside Assistance on its behalf. Such appointment may be made without prior notice to the Owner. The Owner hereby irrevocably consents to any such appointment.
Roadside Assistance. For roadside assistance in the U.S. and Canada call 0- 000-000-0000 and you will be connected to a third party roadside assistance provider that, depending on your location and circumstances, may be able to dispatch personnel capable of performing roadside services to your location. Charges apply for any service(s) provided to Renter.
Roadside Assistance. 3.3.1. The Roadside Assistance services are limited to 4 (four) incidents per vehicle per year. 3.3.2. Flat Battery: Cartrack will arrange to have the Client’s vehicle jump-started if the vehicle breaks down at home or on the road. Vehicles will be towed to the closest, most appropriate place of repair or safety. This service will be arranged up to a 40km roundtrip. 3.3.3. Keys locked in Vehicle: Cartrack will arrange to open the Client’s vehicle and retrieve the car keys. If Cartrack cannot resolve the problem at the scene, additional costs of towing or repairs are not included as part of the services and are for the Client’s account. This service will be arranged up to a 40km roundtrip. 3.3.4. Flat Tyre: Cartrack will arrange to have the tyre changed by using the Client’s spare tyre. In the event that there is no spare tyre, Cartrack will arrange for the vehicle to be towed to the nearest approved repairer or fitment centre. These services are offered whether the vehicle breaks down at work, home or on the road. This service will be arranged up to a 40km roundtrip. 3.3.5. Run out of Fuel: Cartrack will supply up to 10 litres of fuel for the Client’s account. This is limited to two incidents per annum. Additional fuel can be arranged at the Client’s cost.
Roadside Assistance. All AWESOME CAMPERS Vehicles have RACQ Membership, giving you the peace of mind of roadside assistance. Please note that hirers will be liable for fees in the event of human errorfor example: • Locked keys in the vehicle • Flat Battery • Tyre Change/s • Non-Mechanical Issues • Use outside of contracted area of use, or damage caused by negligence Any problems associated with the Vehicle, including equipment failure, must be reported to AWESOME CAMPERS within 24 hours in order to give AWESOME CAMPERS the opportunity to rectify the problem during the rental. Failure to do so may compromise any claims for compensation. AWESOME CAMPERS reserves the right not to accept liability for any claims submitted after this period. Roadside Assistance. We will provide You with a Vehicle that is of acceptable quality and in good working condition taking into account the age of the Vehicle but breakdowns do occur. Twenty-four-hour roadside assistance is provided free of charge for breakdowns (but not for Accidents) and if the Vehicle breaks down during the Rental Period You must contact Us to arrange assistance. If the fault cannot be repaired on site We will recover and repair the Vehicle as soon as possible but if it cannot be repaired, We will use Our best endeavours to provide a replacement Vehicle where one is available.

Our roadside assistance is available at the TaT opening hours. TaT liability extends only to the refund of hire charges if the breakdown has directly caused a delay in travel of 24 hours or more the refund is maximum the amount of the daily hire costs to TaT. If the delay is under 24 hours in one location TaT denies any refund request. No responsibility for out of pocket expenses, including accommodation charges or meals resulting from a breakdown or accident will be accepted.

Roadside Assistance. 8.1 All Wicked Campers Vehicles come with Roadside assistance throughout the USA and Canada. Fees may apply for callouts for human error, eg. Lockout or lights left on, use outside of contracted area of use, or damage caused by negligence. Fees for excess towing and recovery may also apply at Wicked Camper’s discretion. 8.2 In the event of any mechanical difficulties it is important that you report this to Wicked Campers within 24 hours. Repairs can only be made after written or oral confirmation from and instructions given by Wicked Campers as well as prior acceptation by Wicked Campers of the estimation of costs. The fees and expenses of any repair undertaken without the authorisation of Wicked Campers will not be reimbursed to you. 8.3 If you have Liability B your vehicle is unavailable overnight due to being held in a mechanical repair shop, you will be refunded for that nights hire. This only applies if the breakdown is through no fault of your own. For all out of pocket expenses, we recommend you take the highest level of travel insurance. We do not/cannot guarantee our vans and cannot guarantee a replacement vehicle. In the unlikely event that the vehicle cannot be fixed or replaced and the hire is cancelled we will refund the remaining days hire and assist you in reaching the nearest onward travel point. Again, this only applies if the breakdown is through no fault of your own.
Roadside Assistance. Roadside assistance is available to all renters. In some instances, you may purchase added protection under a roadside assistance plan (a "Roadside Assistance Plan") in which Carfast offers to cover potential costs associated with lost keys, remote entry devices, lockouts, flat tires, towing (if the car becomes inoperable), jump starts, or emergency fuel delivery (up to 3 gallons). If you do not purchase the Roadside Assistance Plan in advance, you may incur added costs for providing the above referenced services. When paying in advance for a Roadside Assistance Plan, you will pay for any full or partial day at the rate specified in the Rental Contract. There are no refunds if you do not use the Roadside Assistance Plan. Once purchased, you cannot cancel or rescind the Roadside Assistance Plan during the rental.
Roadside Assistance. A Contractor shall offer administration of roadside assistance service provided by Automotive Repair Shops, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year, for Light Duty Vehicles and Medium to Heavy Duty Vehicles. Administrative fees for Per Occurrence Plan calls to Automotive Repair Shops that provide roadside assistance, and arranging for service, shall not exceed the Per Occurrence Plan Administrative fee Bid. Roadside assistance shall be provided under the Contract according to the following terms: 1. Contractor shall contact Automotive Repair Shops that provide roadside assistance when contacted by Authorized Users, in order to provide roadside repair services in the State of New York, and locations nationwide, within reasonable response times that include, but are not limited to: a) Battery jumpstarts and engine service; b) Driver lock out service; c) Flat tire assistance; and d) Fuel/oil/engine fluids and water service. 2. Upon Authorized User request, Contractor shall provide detailed, itemized invoice(s) for roadside assistance provided under the Contract. The Contractor will be responsible for providing detailed information to the Authorized User, including explanations regarding miscellaneous charges; and 3. Payment to Contractor for emergency roadside assistance shall not be made prior to Authorized User receipt and review of Contractor’s supporting details regarding the invoiced charges.
