Common use of Company Appointment Clause in Contracts

Company Appointment. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx hereby appoints Company as a nonexclusive reseller of the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services to Merchants. In connection with such appointment, Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx hereby grants to Company a nonexclusive, nontransferable right to market and otherwise promote the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services to Merchants, solicit orders from interested Merchants for Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services, and refer such Merchants to Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx for potential enrollment in one or more Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Service.
