As additional consideration for Executive’s covenants in this Agreement and Mercantile’s Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Agreement, Executive may purchase the company automobile he used while employed by Firstbank at its depreciated value on Firstbank’s accounting records as of 12/31/13.
