Company Business Day. The term Company Business Day shall mean any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which banking and savings and loan institutions in the State of New York, the State of Maryland or the city in which the principal offices of the Custodian are located are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to be closed.

  • Next Business Day Whenever any payment or other obligation hereunder shall be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Non-Business Days If an Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, that Interest Period will instead end on the next Business Day in that calendar month (if there is one) or the preceding Business Day (if there is not).
