Non-business days definition

Non-business days for the purposes of this Act means-
Non-business days means Saturday, Sunday and any other day that is a holiday as defined in the Interpretation Act (Canada);
Non-business days for the purposes of this Act means Sundays and public holidays. Any other day is a business day.

Non-business days. , for the purpose of this Act, means—
Non-business days. Subject to provisions of Section 2.18(a), if any action to be taken by the Partnership or any of its Subsidiaries hereunder shall come due on a day other than a Business Day, such action shall be deemed timely taken if taken on the next following Business Day.”
