Common use of Company Discretion Clause in Contracts

Company Discretion. The Purchaser understands and agrees that, prior to the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company, the Company in its sole discretion reserves the right to accept or reject this subscription for Shares, in whole or in part. The Company and the Purchaser shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Agreement.
