Company Documentation Requirements. The Company shall keep at its principal office the following: (a) A current list of the full name and last known business or residence address of each Member and Assignee (if any) set forth in alphabetical order together with the capital contribution of each Member and Assignee; (b) Copies of the Company’s federal, state and local income tax or information returns and reports, if any, for the six most recent taxable years; (c) A copy of the Certificate of Formation and all amendments thereto; (d) Copies of this Agreement and all amendments thereto; (e) The books and records of the Company as they relate to the business affairs and operations of the Company for the current and the four most recent fiscal years; and (f) Any other books and records that the Company is required to maintain under the Act or other applicable law.
