Company Duty to Cooperate on Financial Review. For the sole and limited purpose of facilitating the duties defined in paragraph 6.3 above, the Company agrees to grant the Director of Finance reasonable access to the books and records of the Company insofar as they relate to any matters covered by this Franchise; to provide the Director of Finance with such reasonable and necessary reports containing or based on information readily obtainable from the Company's books and records as may be from time to time requested, with respect to the electric service supplied under this Franchise; and to provide the Director of Finance, upon request not more than every two (2) years, a list of utility related real property owned or leased by the Company within the City.

  • Duty to Cooperate If the Parties disagree on any aspect of the proposed Motion for Preliminary Approval and/or the supporting declarations and documents, Class Counsel and Defense Counsel will expeditiously work together on behalf of the Parties by meeting in person or by telephone, and in good faith, to resolve the disagreement.
