Common use of Company Identification Clause in Contracts

Company Identification. All articles of Company identification such as crest, badges, nameplates, uniforms as described in 28.01, shall remain the property of the Company and shall be returned by the employee upon termination of employment. Replacement costs of such articles not returned in a usable condition shall be deducted from the employee's final pay cheque. The Company has the right to pursue legal action to recover all non-returned articles of uniforms and equipment provided to the guard by the Company and the guards may be liable to meet all associated legal costs of such pursuit.
